The November round of Designer Showcase is underway. As always, this monthly shopping event features exclusive looks from SL’s top designers. This round is packed with fashions and related items/accessories from over 30 designers. You certainly must put this event on your “to-do” shopping list!

This month, you’ll have the opportunity to get the latest from Chop Zuey— the classy and sophisticated Moksha Jewelry Set. This pearl set includes a piled pearls necklace, two bracelets and earrings in two sizes: small (shown left) and large (shown right). Moksha is done in gold tone and offers six color options including red, silver black, gold, blue and white.

Get In The Mix

By now, I’m sure you have heard of the monthly shopping event called Mix. If not, I blogged about it last week so be sure to check out that post. This event is geared towards getting customers BACK into the stores! I love the idea and hope shoppers support it.

I’m back to show you fashions from just a few of the vendors taking part. Brands such as Hucci, Ison, Izzie’s, Mina and Elua have new, exclusive or “refreshed” items. Let’s get to the breakdown!

First up is perfect summer romper from Hucci. The Augusta Romper is a new release just for Mix. Fitted mesh for the current versions of Slink and Maitreya and rigged mesh for standard sizes. Six colors available for 295L each or get the whole collection for 795L. Available at the Hucci mainstore.

While you’re at Hucci, you can pick up the latest shoe release– the Varese Sandals. These sandals are done in suede and patent leather, with thin straps at the toe/ankle and zipper detail at back of heel. You must have a flat mesh foot to wear this shoe– preferably Slink, Maitreya or TheMeshProject flat foot. Each color is 95L and the collection is 295L. This shoe is not a part of the Mix event but is available at the Hucci mainstore and SL marketplace.

Ison has released a shoe for Mix and it’s quite sexy! The Suede Strap Heels are Slink and Maitreya Lara compatible (mid feet!) and come in several colors. I went neutral and selected the tan; however I am tempted to go back for something more bold!

I couldn’t resist the cute Weekender Tropical Bag from Izzie’s. This item is a Mix exclusive. This means it’s a previously released item but it has been retextured and will only be available during Mix. It’s perfect for those quick weekend trips with the girls!

Finally, any pixelated woman will tell you she can NEVER have too much hair. I was excited to see Elua and Mina taking part, both offering previously released hairs at very discounted prices! On the left is Elua’s Miriam hair in dark brown. On the right is Mina’s Jacky hair in the essential packs. The headband comes in five different textures, changeable via HUD.
